Our F17 Formply is specifically designed for formwork applications. To maintain superior quality and consistency, we implement a comprehensive three-tier quality control program, including:

Adherence to a detailed 'Manufacturing Specification' by trained staff. Regular, detailed, and recorded in-house testing on key quality requirements. Independent evaluation, testing, and certification conducted by Certemark International (CMI) and DNV.

Furthermore, all veneer used in our manufacturing process is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), sourced from sustainable forests.

• Dynea Black Film

• Black phenolic resin coating, 2 sides

• Glue: Phenolic resin. A-bond

• Edges are sealed with 2 layer acrylic paint

• Hardwood, Birch Core

• F17, Applies in both the parallel and perpendicular directions to the grain

• Standard: AS6669:2016 Plywood - Formwork

• Formaldehyde Emission: Super E0
